IntegraRack's BallastRack solar panel racking system utilizes a patent pending geotextile and epoxy adhesion EarthBallast system process to reduce solar array installation times to about 1/5th the time required for traditional racking products. All of IntegraRack products are rigorously tested by DiversiTech, and then rigorously tested again by Phoenix National Laboratories for material stress testing, simulated wind load testing, and simulated snow load testing. Wind tunnel testing for uplift, drag and rack frame stress was also witnessed by Phoenix National Laboratories, along with aeronautical engineers at the University of Washington. The IntegraRack IR-EW15 BallastRack solar panel racking system builds on the proven intuitive design of the traditional BallastRack, enabling twice as many panels while delivering the fastest, easiest, and most cost-effective utility-scale solar racking solution, with the lowest cost per kilowatt.
The East/West facing layout of the IR-EW15 BallastRack, you can install many more solar panels per square kilometer with no need to space the rows apart for shading. This layout also provides extended energy production throughout the day, capturing more energy in the morning and evening versus South facing systems. Additionally, an East/West system can produce more energy during cloudy days, when the sun light is more diffused.
With the innovative design of the IR-EW15, solar panels can be installed up to 6 times faster with far less heavy equipment and less intensive labor, and there is no need for concrete footings or earth augers, as this system can be easily ballasted or installed using one of our specially designed mounting kits. The IR MultiBallast DB Series solar panel racking system is a low profile alternative to our standard MultiBallast system, offering many of the same great benefits, with greater versatility for roof mounting at a lower cost. This modular system is capable of mounting any size solar panel on almost any roof surface, using SikaFlex 1A Polyurethane Adhesive (sold separately) or it can be ballasted using standard CMU blocks (select configurations). The IR MultiBallast solar panel mounting system is the most simple and versatile option on the market for almost any installation. This modular system is capable of holding any size solar panel on flat roofs or it can additionally be mounted on a patio or the ground. With only 4 main components, the MultiBallast comes in multiple configurations with sun angles from 0-8° in North/South facing orientation or East/West 'W' orientation with the 5° system. It can even be installed in a 0° flat orientation. All of these configurations can be mounted with our recommended industrial strength polyurethane or ballasted using standard CMU blocks. Our patent pending integral Wind Spoiler blocks uplift and creates downforce, and one is required for each solar panel with the 8° configuration.

The new IntegraRack Base Tube Composite Pipe is an easy-to-ship alternative to the standard 1" Conduit Pipe / EMT that is typically required for most BallastRack installs. This product is made from the same strong composite as our IR-40FSAC BallastRack, offering much higher strength than traditional EMT while being easier to ship and a similar cost per panel.
