The IntegraRack IR-EW15 BallastRack solar panel racking system builds on the proven intuitive design of the traditional BallastRack, enabling twice as many panels while delivering the fastest, easiest, and most cost-effective utility-scale solar racking solution, with the lowest cost per kilowatt.
The East/West facing layout of the IR-EW15 BallastRack, you can install many more solar panels per square kilometer with no need to space the rows apart for shading. This layout also provides extended energy production throughout the day, capturing more energy in the morning and evening versus South facing systems. Additionally, an East/West system can produce more energy during cloudy days, when the sun light is more diffused.
With the innovative design of the IR-EW15, solar panels can be installed up to 6 times faster with far less heavy equipment and less intensive labor, and there is no need for concrete footings or earth augers, as this system can be easily ballasted or installed using one of our specially designed mounting kits.
