IntegraRack Product Testing

All of IntegraRack's BallastRack, TileBallast, MultiBallast and MultiBallast DB (Direct Bonded) Series racking products have been rigorously tested to well beyond the solar racking industry standards, with years of mechanical laboratory testing conducted by Phoenix National Laboratories, a 50 state accredited product testing laboratory in Phoenix, AZ. IntegraRack and Phoenix National Laboratories also backed up its findings with additional testing conducted at the George E. Boeing Aeronautics Department at the University of Washington. A series of (8) different product test configurations were set up and tested at varying wind speeds of up to 168 mph, and at all possible wind directions.

All of our solar racking equipment has been engineered to the highest standard with years of research and development and prototype testing, combined with our 30+ years of manufacturing expertise to ensure that every product we offer can withstand the harshest real world conditions.

We only use the highest quality material in our manufacturing process, from aircraft grade aluminum to high-strength steel and premium zinc electroplated finishes, for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
