The IR MultiBallast solar panel mounting system is the most simple and versatile option on the market for almost any installation. This modular system is capable of holding any size solar panel on almost any roof with a pitch of 6/12 or less, or it can additionally be mounted on a patio or the ground. With only 4 main components, the MultiBallast comes in multiple configurations with sun angles from 5-30° in North/South facing orientation or East/West 'W' orientation with the 5° system. It can even be installed in a 0° flat orientation. All of these configurations can be mounted with our recommended industrial strength adhesive or ballasted using standard cinder blocks. We also offer a wind spoiler to deflect wind from reaching the back of the panels on higher angle orientations.
This product conforms to UL 2703 Mechanical and Bonding requirements
For bonding between rows of modules, we offer 8" and 12" IR-B1 Bonding Jumpers that are UL 2703 recognized. The bonding jumpers have small internal bonding barbs and they clamp to the bottom inner flange of the solar modules to provide bonding from row to row. Find out more
