FLAT ROOF MOUNTS
IR-05 Flat Roof Ballast System

Designed to clamp around a standard cinder block once the integrated tube handle is bolted in place, multiple base brackets can be carried with weight and placed on a flat roof in one trip with far less fatigue than traditional ballasted basket based systems. Each bracket can be assembled with a block weight and module clamps in less than 30 seconds, and modules can be mounted in less than a minute, for a total install time of 5 minutes per module. Six IR-F1 Rail-Less Module Flange Clamp Bonding Brackets will be required per module for mounting, and two IR-05 Brackets will be required per module after the starter row ((2) IR-05s and (6) IR-FCs per module).

IR-D2 Wide Foot TPO Roof Mount

For use on any TPO roof, can be mounted using nothing but a fast setting polyurethane based adhesive for up to 200lbs of uplift per bracket, or can be deck mounted for additional strength. This bracket is compatible with all rail based solar mounting systems.

For use with asphalt or metal roof applications, this bracket uses our Super Sealing Technology and doesn't require rafters or joists to be mounted. This bracket is compatible with all rail based solar mounting systems.
